3. Project Agreements
- Every project is governed by a separate, signed proposal or statement of work.
- Scope changes after project kickoff may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.
- You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals required to meet milestones.
4. Payments
- Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
- We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due at agreed milestones or upon delivery.
- Late payments may incur a late fee and may result in suspension of work until resolved.
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project.
- We retain ownership of pre-existing code, libraries, frameworks, and reusable components.
- We reserve the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing.
- You confirm that any content you provide (text, images, brand assets) is yours to use, and you grant us permission to use it for the project.
6. Acceptable Use
When using our website and services, you agree NOT to:
- Use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Submit malicious code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our website without permission.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
7. Third-Party Services
